The Government levy is a one off Government tax per vehicle to be granted its self-containment status under the new green warrant card system. Before we can issue your vehicle with its certification we need to collect this and pay it on your behalf when entering your vehicle into the Governments register.

Please ensure you select the correct shipping option as this may increase the processing time of your certification. If you are unsure of whether your address is classed as rural or not you can check on the NZ Post website here.

Please make sure the shipping address you enter at checkout is the correct address that you wish your cerfication to be sent to.

Easy and quick transaction

Thank you for the opportunity to write a review on this matter.

The transaction was effortless, simple and the paperwork arrived on one working day. Very happy with it.

On the contrary, we have found that there is no much available freedom camping parking spaces available. My partner and I struggle to find places to park safely and rest after long days driving. The parking areas for freedom camping are very small and inexistent in many areas of Coromandel, where we traveled to last weekend.

We find it unfair and unpractical to have complied with new legislations, such as; fitting a permanent toilet in our campervan, but we are not allowed to freely park in green areas or parks without the freedom camping permitted labels. I think this rules defied the purpose of self-contained vehicles.
