Green self containment warrants are the New Zealand government regulated standard. New green self containment warrants for freedom camping are valid for four years, and allow access to the greatest number of freedom camping locations around the country.
We have multiple locations throughout New Zealand so if you don't see your location you can give us a call to check availability in your area.
If your vehicle fails the first inspection re-testing is free of charge. You have 90 days from the intial test to submit your ammendments.
Upon passing your SC test you can choose between priority 24 hour processing or standard up to 7 days. These are normal working days so please allow extra time for weekends and holidays.
For certain locations where we do not have a local inspector available, we are carrying out Self Containment inspections remotely by WhatsApp video call.
Where inspectors are not available locally, or where it is impractical for a vehicle to be taken to an inspection location we can remotely inspect your vehicle by video call. Book here.
