For this location we are carrying out Self Containment inspections remotely by WhatsApp video call.
Where inspectors are not available locally, and for customers in remote or rural areas or where it is impractical for a vehicle to be taken to an inspection location we can inspect your vehicle by video call.
The Process (Please read thoroughly)
1/. Select your preferred location of test, either from the map or from the list of locations on the following page.
2/. Select you preferred time and date from the calendar. (If you fail to select a time and date you will not be allocated an inspector).
3/. Checkout.
4/. Once you have checked out you will receive an email with your allocated inspectors contact details. You will need to then call them directly to confirm your appointment and agree the exact address and time of your test. If you have not received your confirmation email including inspectors details, please search your junk email folder for ‘sesami’ (our booking system).
5/. Please note there will be a Government levy of $120 per vehicle due once the vehicle has passed the test. This will be payable before the self-containment can be processed and issued.
6/. Once you have paid your government levy we will automatically process your self containment and send on overnight tracked courier to your nominated address.
Processing times vary due to demand, our current average processing time can be found on the red banner near the top of our website. Please note processing time will commence after the payment of the government levy.
